I am writing to thank you for your continued support of Gumtree and share some exciting updates with you.
We've been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to separate our business from our previous owners and create a modern platform to enable us to support you, our users, to trade locally. | | | It's been a long journey (18 months!), but we're proud to start our next chapter as a homegrown and independent UK business - focused entirely on creating a safe, simple and enjoyable local trading platform.
Our users' needs were always front of mind while completing the work to become a standalone business. We implemented multiple improvements to our website and app, including new safety features and increased customer support, alongside the complex technical work needed to separate. Looking forward, we'll continue listening to our users and updating you about further improvements and new features.
